Payroll Specialist
Locations:
  NY, Georgia, and Florida

Overall Description
Accountable and responsible for all aspects of quality service for clients. Contacts and assists clients in process of obtaining information for payroll production. Responds to and resolves client questions and problems.

Responsibilities
•Maintain a base of payroll clients
•Contact clients to obtain payroll data including salary adjustments, special payments and employee deductions
•Accurately keys all payroll related data necessary to process payroll and meet schedules
•Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients and coworkers to promote a quality service image

Desired Skills
•Working knowledge of basic office technology
•Knowledge of Millennium software a plus
•Detail oriented
•Previous Payroll Experience Preferred.

Education
Bachelor’s degree and previous payroll experience preferred.


 
Regional Sales Manager

Locations:  NY, Georgia, Florida

Overall Description
This position is responsible for the sale of the organization's payroll and other products offered in a specified region or major geographical area. This position sells the Company's products and services using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the products/services to their needs resulting in revenue generation. In addition, the position provides input and participates in the marketing, market planning and technical development of products and services.
Assist direct reports with CPAs and develop other business clients, as well as, referral relationships. Telemarketing and cold calling. Manage sales territory based on zip codes.

Responsibilities
• Research customer needs and develop application of products and services in an effective
manner by:
a. determining market strategies & goals for each product and service
b. obtaining & coordinating data & information from staff & member groups
c. researching and developing lists of potential customers
d. doing market research to determine customer needs & providing information to other staff
e. evaluating product & service marketability in terms of customers’ technical needs
f. following up on sales leads and developing leads
g. maintaining up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that
effect target markets
h. establishing & maintaining industry contacts that lead to sales
i. working with telemarketing, sales support and staff to establish a communication path
with the customer to ensure sales opportunities for products & services.

• Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales in a professional and effective
manner by:
a. developing sales and marketing proposals for customers on technical products & services
b. making presentations to users
c. developing technical presentations & workshops
d. maintaining up-to-date awareness of activities, industry trends & government regulations
e. making regular sales calls to develop relationships and follow up on leads
f. acting to close deals & finalize contacts
g. meeting established sales quotas and revenue goals
3. Participate in sales forecasting and planning in an effective manner by:
a. researching, developing & maintaining long & short range sales & marketing plans
b. producing regular reports & final plans for Manager’s approval
c. maintaining an up-to-date awareness of strategic plans and procedures to coordinate
market plans
d. monitoring, analyzing, & communicating sales data, via contact management software, to
contribute to product/service planning

• Manages, develops and maintains communications in a cooperative and professional
manner with all levels of sales staff and customers
a. Communicating openly, honestly and constructively
b. treating all employees and customers with dignity, respect and courtesy
c. taking responsibility for and making every effort to resolve communication, trust and
respect concerns and problems
d. asking for information needed to perform job responsibilities
Assist sales employees to develop current and new CPA relationships for referrals. Manage In-House System Software Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.

Qualification/Requirements
Two plus years of sales experience with a software organization selling software-related products and services within the health care industry to senior level executives and key department heads. Excellent oral and written communication skills including formal presentation skills before both small and large groups. Demonstrated ability in problem solving and negotiation with special emphasis on closing the sale. Experience managing large territories and state-of-the-art product offerings. A demonstrable capacity to keep abreast of new technology trends and how they would apply to real world situations.

Education
Bachelor’s degree and previous payroll experience preferred.
